Exterior cleaning starts at $135 for a 1-storey bungalow — that includes basement windows, wiping the frames, and exterior screen washing where applicable. A complete interior and exterior clean on a 2-storey home under 2,500 sq ft runs $285–$385, and condo units run $235–$485. Whichever the house needs — interior-only, exterior-only, and both are all offered. Most people book the exterior in spring and add the interior once a year. Screens are washed on the exterior side where applicable; we do not remove and reinstall them, so if you want them out for an interior clean, I will kindly ask that you pop them out before we arrive.

Not for an exterior clean — leave the gate unlatched and we work around the house while you get on with your day. Interior cleans need someone to let us in. The quote and payment happen by phone or email either way.

Less than you would think. Rain streaks glass that already has dirt on it, not glass that was just cleaned — the water runs off and dries clear. If a storm does leave spots within the 48-hour touch-up window, give us a call and we come back.

Once or twice a year for most homes. Spring is the big one — a winter of road salt, sand, and freeze-thaw leaves a film on every pane facing the street. Honestly, if it is one smudged patio door, a microfibre cloth and ten minutes will do it. Save the call for the whole house.

Any streak, drip, or missed pane you spot within 48 hours of the clean. Text a photo to 613-315-5458 and we come back to fix it. The reason it exists is because some marks only show up when the sun hits the glass at the right angle — usually the morning after we leave.
