What exactly do you do?
Two things. We install Thermo-Trap vent covers — the sealed, insulated replacement for the vent covers most houses came with. And we clean the outside of your house: windows, gutters, and siding. Same crew, same phone number.
How quickly can I get an estimate?
We aim to reply within one business day with a clear next step for your quote.
Do you work with both homes and businesses?
Yes. We work on homes, storefronts, and low-rise commercial properties. Commercial vent replacement is its own thing — a single installer averages 40 vents in a working day, lift work included.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work. We just need access to the yard and the outdoor tap. Interior work needs someone there to let us in, and we confirm that when we book.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast and call you before the crew leaves. If the weather turns, we move you to the next clear day at no charge. Rain does not spot clean glass, but working a ladder in it is not worth anyone's morning.
Do I pay a deposit?
No deposit. You pay once the job is done and we have walked the property with you.
Do you serve my neighbourhood?
We cover Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding communities, including Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Nepean, Orleans, Gloucester, Westboro, Centretown, Manotick, Hull, and Aylmer. If you are nearby and do not see your area, give us a call.
Will you tell me if I do not need the work?
Yes, and it happens more than you would think. If your vent covers are in good shape we say so and leave. The assessment is free either way, so there is no reason for us to pretend otherwise.
