What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect what we need to quote your job, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like. Last updated 4 August 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in a quote form on this site, you choose what to send us. The form asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your property address, so we can see the job and work out access
- Which service you want and how you would rather be contacted
- Whatever you write in the message box
- A photo of the area, if you choose to attach one
If you call or text us instead, we have your number and whatever you tell us. That is it. We do not buy lists and we do not collect anything about you from anywhere else.
Who else touches it
Three services sit between you and us. Here is exactly what each one does.
FormSubmit
The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit, which takes what you typed and emails it to us. They pass it along; we read it in our inbox at propertyservicespurple@gmail.com, which is a Google account.
Meta Pixel
We run the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can tell whether our ads bring anyone here. It records page views and whether a form was submitted. It does not receive the contents of your form.
Google Analytics
We run Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people actually read. It records page views, rough location at city level, and device type. It does not receive the contents of your form.
How long we keep it
Quote requests sit in our email inbox while we are working with you. We do not keep them as tax or legal records, and we do not archive them for years on the off chance. The only reason anything would be held longer is if a law in Ontario or Canada required it. Analytics data expires on Google's and Meta's own schedules, which we do not control.
If you want your request deleted, say so and it is gone. You do not need a reason.
Photos you send us of your vents or windows may be used as before-and-after examples on this site or on our Instagram. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not — and if one is already up, tell us and we will take it down.
